FixIT League is a national mobile repair championship that transforms informal technicians into certified professionals aligned with ILO Decent Work principles. Through skills competitions, we provide official certification, social protection, improved working conditions, and higher incomes—while creating a pan-African network of excellence.
National champions from each country will compete at the Continental Final, showcasing Africa's technical expertise on the global stage.
Each participating country organizes a national qualifier. Top 30% certified technicians advance to represent their nation.
National champions compete in a 2‑day Grand Final. Evaluation by international jury, ILO observers, and industry leaders.
